Fit-out work covers the technical side most people never see: electrical layout, plumbing points, HVAC routing, and ceiling detail. Serving Lahore and clients abroad
Most of our clients live in Lahore and visit the site through the build. A growing number do not. Families based in the UK, the US, and the Gulf are building or renovating a home here, for parents, for a return move, or as an investment, and they need a process that works without being on site.
For these projects, we send video walkthroughs at each major stage. We share material samples by photo and video call before anything is ordered. We keep a written record of every decision so nothing depends on memory, and meetings run over WhatsApp or video call at a time that works across the time difference. The house still gets built to the same standard. You are just seeing it happen from further away.

Ibtisam Ahmad founded Ibtisam Ahmad Studio in 2022 after training at LUMS, and has led design work across DHA, Gulberg, and Bahria Town since. The team includes 12 designers, a dedicated 3D visualization specialist, and an in-house execution team, so the same group that designs your space also builds it.
